What’s Included: 20′ × 20′ canvas marquee tent, four (4) 60 inch diameter round tables, two (2) 6-foot banquet tables, and seating for 40 guests. Full setup of tent, tables, and chairs included.

A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your booking. The remainder of your invoice is due no later than ten (10) days prior to your event date.

Additional travel fee may be required for event locations farther than 20 miles from Lynchburg, VA.
